What does it mean to be people over profit?  It doesn’t mean I am against profit!  In fact, I love profit!  Profit is the fuel that helps us help people.

People over profit is simply a way of thinking.  In business if the leadership of a company forcuses on profit, the people will leave.  If they focus on people, the profit will come.

If you empower people, encourage them, are generous with them, love them, and put their needs above your own I believe you will build an army!  Call it compassionate capitaliism, call it whatever you want.

I call it people over profit.  It is the heart and thought behind Veribella.  In fact, it is that thought that was the spark that made Veribella morph from a dream to reality!
